Private Events

Southside Tavern is proud to offer an event space to the public for rental. 

Effective 3/28/2022: Use of our private Southside Mill may incur basic rental fees. Please contact us as the amount varies based on party size and needs.

We cannot accommodate parties of more than 30 on Friday or Saturday evenings. Thank you for understanding. 

We offer: 

• Dedicated wait staff for your event

   

• Customizable menu options

   

• Full bar 

   

• Buffet style or seated plate service

   

• Set up and take down of tables/chairs/service items

   

• You may decorate as you'd like, (minus any permanent changes to our building space).

   

• Events will incur 18% to 20% gratuity.
